Our technicians are carefully recruited, not only for their qualifications and industrial experience but for their innate understanding of the varying environments in which they work. Technical expertise alone is insufficient; we require them to be aware of their surroundings and their responsibilities to themselves and others. For this reason all technicians are multi-skilled; competent in a range of testing and inspection procedures and familiar with the array of hi-tech equipment we use. Multi-skilling enables us to deploy and meet client needs more resourcefully and enables us to support employees through their career progression. It also offers a better cost-effective platform to reduce inefficiencies and wastage.
In keeping with our ethos of workforce and company development we institute a policy of employing young apprentices; again, carefully chosen for their potential skills and desired personal qualities. All technicians will achieve appropriate accredited qualifications including PCN, (personal certificate of non destructive testing), CSWIP (Certification Scheme for Welding and Inspection Personnel) and ASNT (American Solidity for Non-Destructive Testing).
